- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and off-plan projects.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Generate and manage leads through CRM, portals, and personal networking.
- Contact fresh leads promptly and follow up consistently.
- Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM with detailed and accurate feedback after every interaction.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
